  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups buttermilk

  • Zest of 1 orange (optional)
  • Neon orange, neon purple, and black gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs one at a time.
  4. Mix in extracts and zest.
  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk into the creamed mixture.
  6. Divide batter into three bowls; color with gel food coloring.
  7. Layer colored batters in the pan and swirl lightly.
  8. Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
