  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt (for dressing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the woody stems of the halved Brussels sprouts and remove any outer leaves. Rinse and pat dry.
  3. Toss the sprouts in a bowl with ½ tablespoon olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and black pepper until coated.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While roasting, mix the dressing ingredients in a jar or bowl until combined.
