  • 2 sheets ready roll puff pastry (Vegan & gluten-free)
  • 6 tablespoons Vegan Nutella
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
  • 2 tablespoons caster/granulated sugar
  • 1 packet dairy-free white chocolate buttons
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on one half of each rectangle, then add sliced bananas.
  4. Fold the other half over the filling and seal edges with a fork.
  5. Brush dairy-free milk on top and sprinkle granulated sugar for crunch.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate in a mummy pattern and add dots for eyes.
