  • ½ cup dry white grape juice
  • 2½ teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2½ cups low-sodium beef stock
  • 1½ cups gruyere cheese, grated
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated

  4. Pour in beef stock and add bay leaf; simmer until slightly reduced (6-7 minutes). Season to taste.
  5. Cook gnocchi in boiling water until they float; drain and mix into the sauce.
  6. Top with gruyere and parmesan cheeses, then broil until bubbly (3-5 minutes).
