  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab meat, ricotta cheese, half of the Alfredo sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Fill each noodle with the mixture and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in the dish.
  4. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Cover with foil; bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil; bake for another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
