  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups powdered icing sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½1 teaspoon mint extract (depending on your tastes)
  • green food coloring (optional)
  • ¾ cup semisweet chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (130 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients until combined.
