  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 7 ounces cremini mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Flour for dredging
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook spaghetti until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, fry bacon pieces until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice chicken breasts thinly and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; coat lightly in flour.
  4. Sear chicken in the same skillet until golden brown but not cooked through.
  5. Sauté mushrooms in butter with Italian seasoning until they release moisture.
  6. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly before pouring in white grape juice; reduce by half.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and return chicken and bacon to the skillet; cook until chicken is done.
