  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 100 grams blue cheese, crumbled
  • 100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 68 sprigs fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C (350F) or 200C (390F) for electric non-fan ovens.
  2. Drizzle honey over each sheet of puff pastry.
  3. Evenly distribute walnuts, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and thyme leaves over the pastry. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each sheet tightly and cut in half lengthwise.
  5. Twist each piece into a coil shape on baking paper.
