  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 8 lemon wedges
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF (191ºC) and line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet. Brush half of the melted butter over it and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange lemon wedges around the salmon, drizzle remaining butter on top, and add minced garlic.
  4. Bake for about 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 125ºF (52ºC).
  5. Switch to broil on high for an additional 3-4 minutes for a golden finish.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh herbs alongside roasted lemon wedges.
