Instructions

  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth.
  4. Divide into six portions and roll each into balls; flatten to round shapes.
  5. Mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, oregano, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  6. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Brush each flatbread with the garlic oil mixture.
  8. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
